The Yelm Washington community is one of the fastest growing in the state, growing faster even than Olympia and Lacey. The Yelm area, into which I include Rainier, Roy, McKenna, Clearwood, and other small communities, has seen exceptional growth over the past several years; home buyers come from the Military Bases, Cities to the North that have become expensive and overcrowded, and many relocated from out of state. Most Real Estate Agents have a Motto, or catch phrase. They do this in hopes of getting your attention and your business. My catch phrase is “Get to know your realtor”, and I use many variations of this. The Point is that there are about a thousand realtors in Thurston County (literally), all have many reasons for you to choose them; but of course you make the choice.
